Can I use my student account?
Yes. CAU Marketplace uses the same CAU identity. Student affiliations are confirmed against the existing Student Registry, not self-declared.
When can I receive payments?
Live payments and payouts are disabled until a suitable provider, compliance settings and end-to-end testing are complete. Unpaid order requests are never presented as paid transactions.
How are reviews verified?
Only buyers with completed provider-confirmed paid orders can review that purchase. Demonstration listings do not have invented reviews.
Can Workshop work be published?
Teacher-reviewed work can be submitted with ownership, client permission and student consent. Marketplace moderation is separate from academic approval.
Can minors sell services?
Commercial creator participation currently requires confirmation that the creator is 18 or older. Guardian authorization and age verification are not yet configured.
How do I report an issue?
Send a support request with the order reference and relevant details. Private information is restricted to your account and authorized staff.
